Complex parts. Critical programs. One partner.

Core-Tech combines flexible manufacturing, advanced steel, and hands-on industrial support — so difficult programs move forward with one accountable team.

Built for the programs other suppliers turn away

In North America, Part Production leads — difficult transfers, service parts, low-volume requirements, and inherited programs other suppliers won’t take on. Flash Steel is available as a secondary capability, and our consulting team supports manufacturing transfers, recovery, and ramp-up.

North American presence since 2000

Core-Tech Inc. has run production and tooling programs out of the Detroit area for more than two decades.

Three connected business areas

Part Production, Flash Steel, and Consulting & Services work together on the same programs — not as separate vendors.

One face to the customer

A single commercial and technical contact carries a program from RFQ through production and aftermarket support.

Europe and North America network

Production capacity and consulting reach across both regions, coordinated as one group.

  • Prototypes, pre-series, and serial production
  • Production transfers and difficult inherited programs
  • Assembly, painting, packaging, warehousing, and logistics
Flash Steel — inductive heating and rapid cooling
Secondary Capability

Flash Steel is also available in North America

A patented steel-upgrading process — inductive heating followed by rapid cooling — that gives readily available steels the strength-to-weight profile of far more exotic materials.

Discuss a Component Application
  • Very high strength and hardness
  • Strong formability and weldability
  • Internally estimated weight-reduction potential — figures available on request, not independently verified
Support for North American Programs

Consulting support for transfers, recovery & ramp-up

Core-Tech's consulting team backs North American manufacturing transfers, program recovery, and ramp-up — bottleneck management, relocation management, and industrialization support alongside the production work.

Production TransferInjection MoldingService Parts

Automotive — Glass Overmolding

Challenge
A Tier-1 supplier needed to exit an aftermarket glass-overmolding program without disrupting supply — 21 molds, an active PPAP history, and an assembly step all had to move to a new home.
Core-Tech's Response
Core-Tech took hand-over of all 21 molds, completed mold repair and process optimization for smaller batch sizes, ran PPAP, and brought the 5-part assembly step in-house alongside packaging and storage.
Result
The program has continued in production at Core-Tech, with roughly 15,000 service parts supplied to date.
Feasibility & DesignInjection MoldingTooling

Medical Technology

Challenge
A medical equipment program needed a manufacturing partner from concept — feasibility, part design, and tooling all still open — for a chair assembly built from multiple molded components.
Core-Tech's Response
Core-Tech ran the feasibility study and manufacturability consulting, developed the plastic parts, and built all injection molding tools and gauges for a total of 12 components.
Result
Approximately 20,000 injection-molded parts produced to date across the 12-part set.
RTMLong-Running ProgramTooling

Agriculture — Composites

Challenge
A large agricultural-equipment manufacturer needed a durable composite component supplied consistently over a program life measured in years, not quarters.
Core-Tech's Response
Core-Tech developed and built the RTM tooling and has produced the resin-transfer-molded component in-house ever since.
Result
A 15-year running program, producing approximately 1,000 components.
